LAURENT DUPLATChief Operating officer
Laurent is Chief Operating Officer at Condor Resources. He spent all his career in various companies specialized in operations and logistics in sensitive environments including shipping security, risk management and commodities sourcing and trading. Before founding Condor Resources, he was in charge of ventures identification, audit, valuation and off take negotiation of early stage mining projects and facilities for a leading international groups.
JEAN SEBASTIEN DEBUSSCHEREChief Executive officer
Jean-Sebastien is in charge of the risk management. He started at Paribas, joined Deutsche Bank as a fixed income portfolio manager. In 2000, he joined Dexia in charge of the group’s hedge fund of fund portfolio management before founding FourWinds, a Boston-based hedge funds and private equity group focused on commodities and natural resources.
CHADY ACHKARPortfolio Manager
Chady joined Condor Resources as portfolio manager. He spent four years at Four Winds, first as a Senior Portfolio Manager then Deputy Head of Funds Group, where he was in charge of a team of 10, core member of multiple Committees, liaison with the financial press. Chady has more than ten years of risk analysis, including due diligence, portfolio construction and mandated risk platform development and implementation.
