Baron Hans-Willem van Tuyll, began his career with Cargill Group in 1969. After various positions in Holland (training), Brazil (grain trader), Belgium (building and operating a Holiday Inn franchise motel), New York (metal trader for Cargill subsidiary and Tokyo (responsible for Tennant’s Asian operations, he returned to Geneva in ’79 to concentrate on non grain related acquisitions. He joined the brokerage company of the group (CIS) in 1984 as futures broker, but concentrated, since 1989, on Hedge Funds and their developments. The last twenty years of his career with Cargill Group were spent in the futures brokerage arm, where he directed his energy on the development of Cargill's fund and hedge fund businesses. He has over 30 years of experience in commodities hedge funds and their development. In 1992 Mr van Tuyll was elected to the board of the Cargill International Pension Board. He served as Member of Advisory Board of PerTrac Financial Solutions, LLC.
PHILIPPE CHAUVEAUAdvisory board member
Philippe Chauveau is the managing director and shareholder of BMA SA (Business Management Advice), a Belgian company founded in 1980, involved in the consulting business. Philippe is also member of the Board since many years in other European companies involved in the property businesses on behalf of his private European investors, member of the Board and Managing Director of Aubert and Duval SA Belgium, subsidiary of the French Group Eramet listed at the stock market in Paris and member of the Board in the Belgian companies of the Scottish Group Standard Life. Philippe Chauveau has studied law and economic in Rennes (France) from 1960 to 1964, European law in Brussels (Belgium) in 1965, and Political Science in Heidelberg (Germany) in 1966 and 1967. He worked in the Paribas Group, Paribas Belgium and Holland as adviser in merger and acquisition from 1969 to 1975. Philippe was finance manager in the Empain Schneider Group for the Belgian industrial companies from 1975 to 1981. Philippe Chauveau has the French nationality.
JUAN DE VINCKAdvisory board member
Juan de Vinck is a senior consultant for Multi-Family Offices across Europe, covering mainly fund due diligence, portfolio construction and open architecture solutions. He has gained his expertise during a 20+ year successful career in the banking. Before being independent, Juan de Vinck worked at UBP. Juan joined the firm in 2013 when UBP acquired Lloyds TSB. Previously, Juan de Vinck was covering the Private Equity advisory activity and was a member of a Lloyds Management Committee. Before that, from 2000 to 2004, Juan has developed the fund of fund business for Dexia in Brussels, Luxembourg and Switzerland. He has also worked for Deutsche Bank, Credit Lyonnais and Chase Manhattan from 1990 to 2000 in different roles including global asset allocation, fixed income fund management, fixed income trading, structured products and long only & hedge funds selection. Juan de Vinck has studied economics, finance and tax management at the ICHEC and Solvay (ULB) universities and holds a Bachelor & Master degree in Finance & Economics.

Marc de Hennin is currently a Director and Head of Barak UK Limited. His team of specialist are experts in commodity trading and structured trade finance. Marc is an accomplished senior Business Development and Strategy Professional with twenty-five years of financial markets experience across a variety of industries, with a primary focus on natural resources and commodities. He joined Bunge Group in 2011 as Global Head of Business Development to support the establishment of its fund platform, leveraging strategic opportunities related to Bunge’s core business. Marc was also Head of Global Marketing and Distribution at FourWinds. He was previously a Managing Director at LCF Rothschild in London. Marc was Managing Director and Head of Institutional Sales for Benelux/France and Switzerland for Bank of America, London. He holds an MA in Political Science from the University of Brussels.
HENRY JANNE D'OTHEEAdvisory board member
Henry Janne d'Othee has more than 20 years experience in commodities. He has held various management and C level positions mainly in the risks fields as well as business development of various type of commodity companies. He is currently a director of Maddox, a multibillion crude and oil petroleum company and previously he was EMEA Treasurer for Noble Group, a Singapore quoted multi diversified commodity company. He joined Noble from ECOM, a soft commodity supply chain manager active in 30+ countries, where he hold the Group treasury position. Beforehand he was at JP Morgan where he started his carreer. He has worked in Belgium, Mexico, Switzerland and Dubai. He has held various director's positions in various trading companies. Henry has a Master’s degree in Business and Admistration from the CEMS Universities and graduated from Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium as Ingenieur Commercial et de Gestion.
